Tito Ortiz was a Huntington Beach, California native. He was born on January 23, 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was a resident of Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half Mexican descendant from his paternal line, is half Mexican. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts and this made it hard for him to develop. He was in groups. He also used drugs such as cocaine.
