Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multicultural family. She was born in South London. She has a father who is Nigerian and Swiss, while her mother is English. Her family was in the southern part of London Council Estate and went to The Brit School aged 14. She was a student at an academy called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned an BA in acting. During her time at the academy, she performed in a number of performances on stage, such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career through the film Storm Damage. In the years since, she's made guest appearances in Teachers, Doctors, Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film came from her role in the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred alongside Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. Following this acclaim, she played Elisha in her role on the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as in six episodes Trexx as well as Flipside. In 2008, she got Bambi's role on ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She appeared in both series 2 and 3. Madekwe was also a part of the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. She has performed on the screen in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path which was written directed by David Watson.
Madekwe had her official US debut in the 2009 drama The Beautiful Life, which was only broadcast on The CW before being cancelled. In February of 2011, she was cast as Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Madekwe was a regular in the drama series of Revenge on ABC for two seasons. In May 2013 that she would be leaving the series following an appearance in the very first episode of season three. From 2014-2016, Madekwe starred as Tituba in the TV series Salem. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and he also was a character on the TV series Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress, who was born into an extended family. She was the daughter of Roy and Patty Leggat. Her parents, Roy and Patty, as well as her brothers Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley's brothers, who were each of them extremely physically active, were all playing hockey during the winter and baseball during the summer, so that she grew up playing in parks and arenas. Ashley was unable to walk, but was able to dance. In the end, as she grew older when she was two, she began to learn about Baby Ballet. That was the start of Ashley's interest in dance. Ashley continued to dance competitively until her high-school graduation with top divisions like ballet, tap, Jazz and Pointe. She also competed in Acrobatics, Acrobatics Musical Theatre, Lyrical Hip Hop, and more. She was the top soloist in big competitions, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
